What You Need to Know About Our Policies

At Folabat Babies, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your little one. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that if 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For the health, safety, and well-being of all our families, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Feeding & Health Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pacifiers, bottle nipples, teethers, or any feeding utensils.
  • Personal Care Products: All health and personal care items, such as baby creams, shampoos, and lotions, are final sale.
  • Intimate Apparel: This includes nursing bras and postpartum garments.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.

3. Condition of Returns & Partial Refunds

We inspect all returned items. There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, shows signs of use, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to us.

To start a return, please contact us first at folabatbabies.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide the correct shipping address to us.

5. Refunds (How and When)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. This process typically takes a certain number of billing cycles to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please email us at folabat11@gmail.com.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
